Sausage Egg and Hashbrown


After toying with the various culinary experiments that I could have made as my first meal with the Remoska I opted for veggie sausages, crispy fried egg and hash browns straight from the freezer. I have to say it was one of the best breakkies I have had for a long time and I can see me and my Remoska getting very friendly.


I think I need some suggestions for naming her. I think Remoska is far too long and other people's names (Mossy, Remmy) and rather 'commonplace' nowadays.

  2. Thanks Gizzie. I have the standard but these were mini veggie sausages which look a little lost.

  3. I think I'm going to have to get a shallow pan, as most of the things I have problems with, are mainly due to the grande pan being so big and taking a long time to heat up for snacky things. I just paid my CCard bill, so I might have to buy one! :) Bluewater, here I come.

  4. I only have the standard pan too. I think if I want things done quicker I shall just pop 2 oven dishes - one facing down like a stand and the other on top - or something like that.
